We are a foundation built in the name of Helena Eugenio Westrate and are dedicated to providing hope for a brighter future for the children of Santa Ignacia, Philippines.
The Helena Eugenio Westrate Foundation was founded to carry on the legacy of Helena's love for children and her love for her hometown of Santa Ignacia. She was a strong advocate for education and gave generously to her former school in Nambalan, Santa Ignacia. The mission of the Foundation is to carry on her generosity by promoting the education and social wellbeing of the children of Santa Ignacia.

Helena's foundation was founded in the aftermath of her sudden calling to be with her Lord. Helena was known as a very loving and caring person and this love was apparent to everyone who knew her across the world.
The impetus for creating the foundation was the desire to continue to express her love for children and her hometown of Santa Ignacia. This will be done by providing students with tools for learning and outlets for their social development.
Paving the Way to a Better Tomorrow
Our foundation provides school supplies to children ages 5-17, so that all students in Santa Ignacia are on equal footing.
We also provide supplemenal educational materials that help to promote independent at home.
We work with the school district to coordinate extracurricular activities that encourage emotional support and physicall development.
